Buried Treasures

     The mass media must make decisions every day on what is deemed newsworthy to include in their publication/airtime.  With all the various media options available today, the competition is growing fierce.  This drives the media to find more controversial topics to headline with in hopes this will draw a larger audience and with that more ad revenue.  However, are these stories the ones that make America great and can rebuild our hope and values?  We want to headline some of these stories here that are typically buried in our media today because they aren’t controversial.  Links to each source article are identified below.
